🚚 Shipping Policy

We ship to Norway and selected European countries. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination:

Norway: 3–7 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain threshold — check our current promotions for details.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

↩️ Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
Items must be returned in their original packaging
Sale items and custom/made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

All prices are displayed in Norwegian Krone (NOK) and include applicable VAT. Transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card details.

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive one within 24 hours, please contact us.

Handcrafted Items: Many of our pieces — including sarees, lehengas, and kurtis — are handcrafted or hand-embroidered. Minor variations in embroidery, print, or finish are inherent to the handmade nature of these products and are not considered defects.

Sizing: Sizes may vary between styles. Please refer to our size guide before ordering. Contact us if you need assistance.

Fabric & Care: Follow the care label on each garment. Geethas is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or handling.

Stock Availability: In the rare event an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative.

Vår arv

Historien vår begynte med en mor som flyttet til et fremmed land, med minner om hjem, kultur, familie og tradisjoner tett ved hjertet.

I et nytt land, hvor alt føltes ukjent, savnet hun ofte varmen fra hjemlandet. Men hver gang hun kledde seg i en saree eller et tradisjonelt antrekk, følte hun seg knyttet til røttene sine igjen — til minnene sine, kulturen sin og kvinnen hun alltid hadde vært.

Etter hvert begynte hun å dele denne følelsen med menneskene rundt seg. Hun så hvordan tradisjonelle klær kunne gi trøst, selvtillit og glede, ikke bare til seg selv, men også til andre som savnet sine hjem.

Den enkle gleden ble til en drøm.

Sammen med sønnen sin skapte hun dette eventyret for å dele den følelsen med alle som lengter etter sine hjem. Et stykke arv, et smil, et minne og litt lykke, pakket inn i hvert eneste antrekk.
